Shandong Xiangying Tek Machinery Co., Ltd. is located at 3177 Yuehe Road, Weifang Economic Development Zone, Shandong Province. It was registered and established on May 25, 2005. It has a factory building of 10000 square meters and 56 mu under construction. It has three foundry branches: two foundries and one die casting factory. In the 16 years of the company's development and growth, we have always provided customers with good products and technical support, and sound after-sales service. Our company is mainly engaged in the processing and production of auto parts, nuclear power matching, medical machinery matching, photovoltaic and wind power matching, and textile machinery parts. At the beginning of its establishment, our company cooperated with TMT, a famous Japanese textile machinery and carbon fiber textile manufacturer, to continuously supply the company with matching processing and 70% parts are all produced in our factory, the service customers mainly include FAW, TOYOTA, Futian Leiwo, Kubota, Lishen New Energy Battery, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group's Weichai, Jinan Truck Company, Jinan Commercial Vehicle Company, Jinan Special Vehicle Company, Truck Mianyang Company, Chongqing Ace and other outstanding enterprises. Product quality is stable, variety gradually increasing, won the trust of customers.
Our company has more than 170 employees and 46 middle and senior technical management personnel. In the past three years, the average annual output value is 0.12 billion RMB and 20% is exported. The company has casting production lines and more than 100 sets of turning, milling, drilling, boring and grinding, numerical control vertical and horizontal machining centers, vertical lathes and bending, stamping and welding equipment. It can process all kinds of mechanical parts and various types of castings and sheet metal parts. At present, the products are: robot terminal, new energy battery pack lower shell, axle and its accessories, high-end textile machine and carbon fiber equipment accessories, gearbox parts, flywheel shell, wheel hub, gearbox box, bracket assembly, chassis parts, pedal assembly, transmission shaft, textile machine and bellows injection molding related equipment parts, etc., the company's technical personnel have strong technical strength, have passed the ISO9000 and IATF16949 quality system certification, and have an independent physical and chemical laboratory, three-coordinate, spectrometer, Rockwell hardness tester, coating thickness gauge, tensile testing machine, metallographic analyzer, carbon and sulfur analyzer and other testing equipment are complete, and 15 patents have been independently developed, and scientific and technological innovation has achieved rapid progress.
